What an utterly awful half of a season, somehow it was still enough to finish 3rd, our star striker Abou Meite spent 2 months out injured, can you guess when?

End of Season - 2025/26

A mixed end to the season where SV Mattersburg absolutely steamrolled us, it looks like the only weay I'm going to get out of this league is by leaving and managing the next team that's relegated from the Premier League.

We're holding a good 10 point lead over 2nd, now, I am meant to resign on the 8th of April as per the 3 season rule, but thankfully I made the exception that if we were making a strong title challenge then I can stay, I'll be looking to stay on this season, and stay on next season if we do get promoted.

Only 1 defeat for the whole of the 2nd half of the season which is amazing! We finish 20 points clear and I finally get us promoted, I'll be staying for at least next season and we'll see how we do in the Bundesliga, one club we won't be facing is Red Bull Salzburg as they've managed to get relegated with just 24 points

haven't you been at Hartberg 4 years now?

well done on winning the title by the way!

Yep, when I originally made the 3 year rule I did say 'can't manage a club for more than 3 years (1095 days) unless I build an amazing team or are very close to a domestic title.' I got a domestic title so I've stayed on in order to get some Bundesliga experience.

And thanks also ^.^

We managed to get some form together and finish in 6th as well as making it to another Cup Semi-Final, I've still resigned though and hopefully there will be another job coming soon.

oh right were you in level two of Austria when you won the league then? I thought you'd won the top league, that's why I thought you'd leave.

also, wow, a £40m transfer budget would have been fun to work with! :)

Yea I won the 2nd tier of Austrian football, it would have been amazing, shame I have 2 competitions to win in Austria as well as the 4 competitions Belarus has to offer before I can get to Belgium.

FC Slavia-Mozyr (Belarusian: ФК Славія Мазыр, FK Slaviya Mazyr) is a Belarusian football team, based in Mozyr, Belarus.

The team was founded in 1987 as Polesie Mozyr. Between 1987 and 1991 they played in Belarusian SSR league. From 1992 till 1995 they played in the Belarusian First League. They changed their name to MPKC Mozyr since 1994-95 season. MPKC stands for the Mozyr Industrial-Commercial Center. They won the First League the same year and made their debut in the Belarusian Premier League in fall 1995 season.

Their first few seasons were quite successful. They finished 2nd in 1995 and won the championship in 1996, becoming the first team other than Dinamo Minsk to win it. After changing their name to Slavia Mozyr in 1998, they again finished 2nd in 1999 and won the title in 2000. After that the results deteriorated and in 2005 they finished last and were relegated.

After the relegation they had to merge with ZLiN Gomel in order for both teams to survive in any form due to financial problems. The new team went through a number of name changes before arriving with the current name, FC Slavia-Mozyr.

I may have a bulging CV, but it's time to Master....BATE

BATE.gif

FC BATE Borisov (Belarusian: ФК БАТЭ Барысаў, IPA: [baˈtɛ]; Russian: ФК БАТЭ Борисов, FK BATE Borisov) is a Belarusian football team playing in the city of Borisov. They compete in the Belarusian Premier League and are the reigning champions. BATE are the only Belarusian team to have qualified for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League (2008–09, 2011–12 and 2012–13) and for the group stage of the UEFA Europa League (2009–10 and 2010–11). Their home stadium is the Borisov City Stadium and the Dynamo Minsk Stadium (for European matches). In 2011 construction of a new stadium in Borisov began, and is expected to be finished in 2013.

BATE is an acronym of Borisov Works of Automobile and Tractor Electric Equipment. The club was founded in 1973 and re-established in 1996. Since 1996, BATE have won the Belarusian Premier League eight times and competed in UEFA competitions.

In 2001, BATE reached the first round of the UEFA Cup, their first appearance in the competition beyond the qualifying rounds. 2008 saw BATE beat Valur, Anderlecht and Levski Sofia to become the first Belarusian team to qualify for the group stages of the UEFA Champions League. In a group also featuring Juventus, Real Madrid and Zenit St. Petersburg, BATE finished at the bottom with three points, having drawn against Zenit in Russia, and both games with Juventus. BATE were drawn in Group I of the inaugural Europa League in 2009–10, along with Portuguese club Benfica, English team Everton and Greek side AEK Athens, but were eliminated in the group stage. In the same competition in 2010–11 they play in Group E along with AZ of the Netherlands and two teams from other former Soviet republics, Dynamo Kyiv of Ukraine and Sheriff Tiraspol from Moldova. They qualified from the group for the Round of 32. Then, they were eliminated in the Round of 32 in the away goals rule by Paris Saint-Germain.

Notable former players of BATE include Alexander Hleb (Stuttgart, Arsenal, Barcelona, and Birmingham City) he has since returned to the club and currently plays for them, Vitali Kutuzov (Milan, Sporting CP, Avellino, Sampdoria, Parma, Pisa, and Bari) and Yuri Zhevnov (FC Moscow, and Zenit St. Petersburg). Great, great, great season, all I have to do now is win the Super Cup in March and then I can head off to Belgium! I'll stay for as long as my Europa League campaign goes, we've been drawn against Vitesse in the 1st Knockout Round and the winner of that gets to face either Slovan Bratislava or Manchester City!

Unbelievable Jeff! Definitely been the highlight of my career so far, winning the Europa League with BATE and definitely somewhere I would like to manage again in the future, unfortunately now though I have to look for a job in Belgium.

Welcome to Belgium

Patro_mm.png

K. Patro Eisden Maasmechelen is a Belgian football club, from the municipality of Maasmechelen in Limburg (Belgium).

When it was created, the club name was V.V. Patro Eisden until 1992 when they changed to K. Patro Eisden. In 1998, it changed to K. Maasland Maasmechelen trying to gather supporters from the whole Maasland region. Though, in 2001 they adopted the current name after they signed a deal with Roda JC.

The club finished 17th in the 2004-05 second division season but were relegated as they did not receive the professional football license. It was suggested that it should play in the promotion (and even in provincial leagues) as they were both sportively (17th) and financially (no license) relegated but the Belgian Football Association finally decided they must play in the third division for the 2005-06 season. The FA changed the decision eventually. Following this, the club changed its name again to K. Patro Eisden Maasmechelen starting on the 2005-06 season in the fourth division.

Thanks Clarky :) and nope, the third.

the third?! thought you'd have a great reputation by now and would get in at the top, unless of course you chose to start low, but then normally they say 'flattered by your interest' and not give you job!

I could have easily gotten a job in the top division, in fact I was offered the AA Gent job in the Jupiler Pro League, but the aim is to win every division so I'll have to win the Derde Klasse and the Belgacom League first.

We only lost 1 game in the 2nd half of the season! This led to us setting a record for most goals scored as well as most points in a season for the division, not a bad way to make my mark in Belgium!
