Question about creative freedom

Recommended Posts

Well thats not what im worry about.

What if i set my DM to tackle Easy, and lets say he have normal CF will he try tackling more aggresive?

Your team talk and press conference tones are more likely to make a player more/less aggressive than CF ever is. CF is a flair boost, so it can make a player more unpredictable in many ways. I really don't think you can apply it to tackling tendencies.

CF is a flair boost. Flair and tackling are not going to interrelate very often. I'm not saying that it will never interrelate, rather that your approach to keeping players calm / making them passionate will be far more likely to override an easy tackling setting.

I'm not talking just about tackling,im talking about all Defensive instructions.

Closing Down,Tackling and Tight Marking/Marking.

It might have a small effect at times, but nothing worth worrying about. Far too much micro thinking going on here. CF relates to the manager's vision. If you think players should be allowed their heads, then play a high CF system with few specialised roles. If you think players should do their jobs, then a low CF system with lots of specialised roles.
