Retraining Into New Position

I have a number of youngsters that I'd like to be versalite, to be capable in a couple of positions they aren't accustomed to.

My only concern is that focusing 50% of their training in doing so will hamper the rest of their development, is it preferential to wait until they're nearing their potential before teaching new positions?

Also, once a player has been retained as a 'Natural', will it revert to Accomplished if you stop them training in that position?

If he gets natural he should stay as natural aslong as you keep playing him in that position. He can also be removed off the training.

Teaching players new positions eats away at a players ability, so be sure if retraining him that it is worth it.

While learning a new position he will still train the attributes needed for his position.
