If the player isn't a good passer, or a good decision maker, then the creativity will largely be wasted. My question is, where have the stepovers gone? You used to get a player with 19 or 20 flair, and they would be genuinely unpredictable. I have yet to see that in FM13, with a winger of mine (20 flair) who plays well, but no real difference in his play compared to my left wing who has 12 flair.
