If somehow I lowered my own stats, say, in ambition, maybe my team-talks would be uninspiring and my players would get less out of them, and if things were dicey already (lots of loan players) that could tip it over the edge. Now that'd be an interesting experiment. I'd love to hear the results of that :-) Speaking of which, anyone know how to raise manager ambition? Unless you're using the editor? Not me. Only thing is: Its neigh on impossible to understand what effect, if any, your stats have, and how they develop. Some are obvious, sure, but some are less so.
