If you start a new Known talent search then your Chief Scout will come up with a larger number of recommended known players. I would recommend doing that after you take a look at his starting recommendations as he should come up with a lot more in the Known Talent search. The problem is when you add a New Talent search the scout will always starts off searching a different country in your scouting range then you are amanaging in.
