Domathon
5 star coaching, induvidual training focus, perferred moves?, young player tutoring, training facilities (top/worldclass) playing each week.... which do you think play the most vital role in gettin the best (stats) out of a player. its nice to buy a midfielder and after 2-3 seasons his passing goes from 14-17/18 regardless of age. I disagree, if your losing most weeks it will lead to low confidence etc and will have a negative impact. I would say a mixture of training, tutoring and minutes when winning. BigHairyAndy
Most important is playing first team games at the highest level possible. My experience disagrees strongly with this. The most important factor, in my experience, is coaching, closely followed by training facilities. I've had guys become truly world class players playing almost exclusively youth fixtures, because my coaching setup was top class. I've also had guys' development stagnate despite being first team regulars at the top level, because my coaching setup was mediocre.

Id agree with this under a slight condition change, the highest level posisble that he is challenged but still plays well and keeps up his confidence.
