I've rarely signed anyone over the age of 20 (most of them when they're 15/16) and have kept them for as long as possible, withstanding the awesome temptation of blowing everything on one player* *with the exception of one, who I bought to weaken an opponent more than strengthen my team. Currently in the year 2030 with Newcastle and have just replaced Alex Ferguson as the most successful manager by one minor trophy Only really have one long serving striker as I've been selling the others off after a few years when a younger player starts pushing them for the first team. This current 22 year old is going to be here for the next 10 years though, he's ridiculous. I've sold off some very big players over the years, also when a new youth player is pushing them for their position, so I haven't included them in this list. I also finally have some players from my youth academy starting to knock on the first team door, but theyre not quite ready to make it into my main squad yet.
