Need a Piece of advice

Hello forum i need some advide on a problem i keep getting

When i often play a season its gets very well during the first half of the season mostly top 5 depending on he team i play.

However when the second half of the season starts i tend to get these bad losing streaks of maybe 4-5 matches and i struggle to get wins overall

Do you got any tips so that i can avoid this!

Could be all sorts of things.

Weather - heavy pitches in the winter months might not suit your style of play

Reputation - your reputation is improving so teams will change their approach against you and you will need to change yours in response

Complaceny - might need to change your team talks to give complacent players a kick up the backside

Tiredness - Do you rotate your squad, are your players getting knackered?

Or you can believe the old myth that the computer has cracked your tactic, and you need to change to a new one!

With regards to the team talks i normally take an approach of being more and more demanding throughout the season, it keeps the streak going.

I'm the same as Coentrao above, keep pushing the player's all the way through, even more as the season progresses, telling them to not expect their performance to drop and telling them your disappointed in their form if they are playing badly, same on the flip-side, if a player is playing well, tell him, that way he will want to keep it going.
