Looking at the available skins can anyone advise which would work best with background pics.. The problem I have is the text merging in with the background pic. minneapolisjon Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 I highly recommend Steklo - it's what I use for my game, and the filter that he applies is what I base the toning for the pictures of all my background packs. Geordie's look sharp on it too. Steklo X1 @ sortitoutsi I think that his work is the standard in custom skins. Just my two cents. I'm using all of minneapolisjon's background packs, and while there are occasions where the text blends slightly, it's so rare I tend to not notice it. Also, if you do find it a problem and you have a little bit of graphical knowhow, it's not too hard to alter the opacity of the filter over the background so that you can dim the backgrounds a little.
