How do you remove the news/inbox box on the manager homepage? [HELP]

How do I remove the big news/inbox box on the manager homepage, and replace it with customizable boxes like there is for the league table box and the one to the right of it that you can change to pending transfers, team competitions, squad status, etc.

I REALLY need to know this, thank you.
