Corkey
Hello, Was just wondering how you get the position of manager of an U19 team? Do you have apply when their is an opening? I know it's a stupid question, but I have never seen an opportunity to become one... Cheers
SCIAG
It's rare to get the chance. You mean internationally, I presume? I suggest you add a manager as the full side's manager, fire the U19 manager, and add yourself, then retire the "new" manager.
charlo116
I just got the Ireland U21's job because i got a message saying they were looking for a new manager and so i applied and got the job. Basically if you don't want to wait for a message in your inbox have a look at the jobs screen to see if there are any vacancies in u19 management. If not find out when the next U19 competition takes place and have a look if any of the managers get fired for poor performance.
Hakanku
I have never seen availability for under 19s, but under 21s (and I think under 18s but cant be sure) teams are always coming in to my inbox (even though im the manager of England and just won the World Cup)
