likesiamesefish
he has just requested a meeting of the playing and coaching staff. how do i do this?
Pr3D@T0r
Backroom advice or player interaction? I generally warn players for red cards on the first transgression, and then fine them 1 weeks wages for every other transgression after that. Gets my discipline stats up and means I avoid these episodes.
likesiamesefish
i normally fine two weeks wages if it's their second red of the season and warn them for their first but this time i felt i could appeal as it was an early red for iniesta who is normally a clean player. there are no options in backroom advice or player interaction to sort this out. ParkLife
i never appeal for red cards, cos all of the other times that i have done this, it has ended up in me loosing the player for a further 2 games. if a player gets two yellows in a game then i normally issue a warning, with a straight red i normally give a 1 week wage ban, on there 2nd time its a 2 week ban, on there 3rd there out of the club
UELLfan
In other iterations the request meeting was in the Captain's player interactuation. In one of the umpteen options you had there.
nev147
I would say I am quite harsh and do not tolerate straight red cards and players get fined accoringly and I may say in the press that they may get dropped as a result. But then players say that they are worried by my managerial discipline and a question in the media thought I was too laid back and should be more harsher in the future. This just does not make sense and comes about far too often IMO and needs tweaking.
