Create a desktop shortcut and right click on it and select properties and in the target box add -windowed -small_screen so that it looks something like this "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\tools\editor\editor.exe" -windowed -small_screen I'm not using steam so if you are then the target box might look a bit different so just add the -windowed -small screen to the end and it should still work.
