luis_garcia10 Posted September 3, 2009 Share Posted September 3, 2009 Hi guys, iv downloaded 2 updates from the editors hideway. Forbsie's one and cromscott's one. Both on seperate occasions. I downloaded cromscott's one first but that did'nt work so i then tried forbsie's but that did'nt work. I unpacked cromscott's update in Winrar but when i tried to extract it into the db it said that for all the files in the update, pathways could not be found. Then with forbsies update after unzipping it i tried to extract it to the db but it said access is denied because administritive priveleges may have to be required. I've heard of some un-official updates not working on other games because they have been installed in the C:/Program Files/ directory. wackettdagenham Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 highlight the folder for the new update, right-click it, select 'copy' and put it in folder 'Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2009/db' by right-clicking and selecting 'paste' in the db folder.
