Just upgraded to MacOS Ventura. Launching the pre-game editor from Steam brings up the follow error message:

Reinstalling does not work, clearing the cache does not work, verifying local files does not work. Worked fine on the latest version of MacOS Monterey.

M1 MacBook Pro, 16", M1 Max with 32GB of RAM.

Obviously we don't have access to the Pre-Game editor yet for FM23 but it needs testing on Ventura to ensure it's not affected in the same way.

This is a known issue on Apple's end with a number of apps which they're currently working on with a future update.

Thanks for taking the time to raise it here.

Have found a workaround that fixes both the FM22 editor and the FM23 editor.

Open Editor -> acknowledge failed opening -> validate local files -> Open MacOS Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Under security is an error blocking the editor from running because it is not from an identified developer, click "Open Anyway" -> Authenticate -> click Open.
