Youth player chooses another national team even though he has no other nationality

Very strange.  Though not a data issue since players don't actually have the nationality of the nations by which they are being called up.

Would appreciate a moderator moving this to an appropriate area so it can be fixed.

I wonder if this has anything to do with ID sharing. Is this youth player a regen by any chance? There seems to be a bug at the moment whereby regens are sometimes assigned the same ID as players that already exist in the DB:

I wonder if it's possible that the regen is basing his NT choice off of the nationality of a player he shares an ID with.
