  • Too few set piece coaches?

    I am wondering if anyone else feels as tho there are too few setpiece coaches. I am currently 4th in the scottish premier league, but am only able to find setpiece coaches with a set piece skill of 12. On top of this, these coaches hardly last a season before being poached by teams like arsenal or Juventus. It seems like even the biggest clubs in the world are having to fight over below average set piece coaches.

    I am seeing the same thing. I thought it might be because I imported a save from FM23, but yes, there are a grand total of 7 set piece coaches in the world in my save.

    Not just you. I'm having a huge issue finding and hiring Set Piece Coaches. I even tried signing regular coaches as set piece coaches but no one will accept an offer.

    Could we have your save files to investigate this, please?

    Would also like to add that to reflect real life, the numbers of SPC's should increase over time as it becomes a more and more widely hired for role.
