Multiple players 'running into channels' - one for the mods?

Morning,

A lot of the attacking roles have the 'run into channels' instruction.(which we can't remove)

Normally i try and avoid more than one runner in each channel, however sticking to that is restricting the combinations of roles i can use + a lot of strikers who don't have 'move into channels' have 'hold up ball' which i don't particularly want either.

So, my question is, how will 2 players running the same channel impact the game?

If one is deeper than the other would that have a bearing on this?

Is there an upside or downside to having 2 players running the same channel.

I could be wrong but I find having 2 players move into channels tend to push them wider, usually between the CBs and the FBs as opposed to adopting a central channel between the CBs.

"Move Into Channels" is just "Play Wider" for central players. It doesn't necessarily mean they will move forward.
