Staff in International Management.

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times, but how do you find and decide which staff to employ during international management?

I don't mean stats wise, I mean how do you decide if they will bother to join you? I've asked people of the same nationality, similar job roles but it's quite hard to find staff who are prepared to join you.

You will need to put in an Ad just like you would with club and then pick from the ones who apply. That's the easiest way to do it.

I find reputation to be one of the main stats.

If a national rep staff member won't join you its unlikely you will find one that will who is national or higher therefore you need to look for lower rep staff.
