Unhappy squad from training

Apologies if this is something that has been answered a lot.

I've recently been appointed the Lyon job. In the interview i was asked would i be happy with the staff set up, which i said yes too. Since i've taken over the players are generally all unhappy with the training, and this is an example of a message i'll get:

Most of them feel they are not getting enough coaching attention during tactics training.

The staff i have to use for training is, 5 coaches (not including fitness/GK coaches). I've tried to hire more coaches but the board won't let me.

Is there anything i can do or am i stuck with this situation?

I'm guessing the coaches have a heavy workload. Allocate each coach (including yourself) to more than one area of training, until their workloads are average.

I've done this but still most of the squad is unhappy with training.

Adding an existing coach to the tactics category will fix the issue with them not getting enough attention with tactics training. Then after a few days see what they are unhappy about now.
