Random and possibly weird question here.

I'm currently managing in Russia and noticed that the Russian Cup starts in the 5th round. Is there a reason why it starts in Round 5 and not in Round 1 like across here?

Only reason I can think of is that they have preliminary round from round 1-4 for the amateur/semi pro teams that dont show up in the game.

Seen it in other countries such as France and Belgium aswell.

yep its what you said since you cant load many teams from russia, this tends to happen
