fraeyke
When you create your tactic: do you set the personal instructions for a player to his strenghts and weakness? (E.g. dribble more if he has good dribbling, shoot less if he has bad long shots) or do you set them according to how you want a player to behave in a certain position? or do you not mess.with them at all? Or something else thanks in advance for your responses!
Torskus77
I use them to get a player to behave in a way I want to within a system. This will often involve maximising his strengths, but not always, the overall system is the most important thing.
llama3
I like to choose the role and duty carefully, so they rarely need much tweaking. I will add an instruction or 2 maximum for a player/position as required. If they require more tweaking than that - you selected the wrong role or duty in the first place. But when I tweak it doesn't matter if its enhancing the player, or specific for position - its as long as it makes your team work better.
