Preparation: 1. Player 2. Coaching 3. Formation 4. Pep talks RESULT ACTION ZONE RATING I. Player ------------------ A. Please find your suitable player for this positions (I use my Totenham player for example): SK, Hugo Lloris DF Dawson, Doria FB/WB Kyle walker, Alex Sandro Anchor Sandro Midfield Vincent Wanyama AMR Adv Playmaker Erick Lamela AMC Enganche Keisuke Honda Winger left Andre Ayew Adv Forward lewandowski B. Finding player, Please use HIGHLIGHT KEY ATRIBUTES FOR ROLE to find specific player, then find it in search menu if you dont have your suitable player Key attributes for every players: - Please find player with minimum height 180 cm If possible minimum 12 for each - Determination - work rate - Acceleration - Stamina - Team work Other (note i assumed you understand about team building and league rules), examples: - Home Ground status - Adaptability - Same language II. Coaching ------------------ A. Coach Req, Minimum 4 Star for each training B. Coach your player for each role based on this formation (soeperior.tac) C. Finding Suitable coach, In search coach, I recommend use pick attributes for (Determination, Mental, Discipline, Adaptability, work with youngster) min 10 for each D. Match Preparation, Intesity High (to get blending on this formation, you can lower it into average after they blend, usually on december for English Premier League) III. Formation ------------------- Well this is the main issues... The scoring chances comes from corner kick, both side, and what I like the most is trough pass to the advance forward. I enjoy to watch they are playing more like team work, rather than enjoy them self alone. A. Tactic team Fluidity : Balanced Mentality : Control POSSESION, I like to control the match, so it should be more smart for build each attack, but in certain times it should be different from default. This formation created for phase to phase attack, from defense --> mid --> forward - Retain possession - Shorter passing - Run at defense PENETRATION, I like to unlocking every part, not just side or middle only. this formation are created by the idea to unlocking each door. SHAPE, it should be tight even for defender. - Play narrower - Much higher defensive DEFENDING, I think we should more hassle the opponent to get more possession - Hassle opponent - Use tighter marking GENERAL, still possession in mind. - Lower tempo B. Player Role SK, DF FB/WB Anchor Midfield AMR Adv Playmaker AMC Enganche Winger left Adv Forward (will shortly to discuss) C. Set piece (will shortly to discuss) IV.
