When player see this message after manager application, is it true (~~too late), or is club be nice and you are too bad !!~!!

When I was unemployed recently, I would apply for the jobs I fancied and then go on holiday for 2 days. When I came back, I'd apply again. Doing it that way, I'd get a mix of "laughed off", "consider interested" and "flattered" responses.

Then I became a little impatient. I started to holiday for a week at a time. When I applied then, I'd sometimes get the message "the manager process is already finished". So I believe they are telling the truth, otherwise you'd get the "laughed off" response.

Before you apply for a job, check the club's transfer centre. If they've offered a contract to a manager, the employment process is over.
