Geooorge :) Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 I've been Tottenham and Scunthorpe on the same save (bit of a come down after a sacking) and have now been sacked by Scunthorpe. I put a lot of effort into tactics (at least 5 mins before every game) and nothing works! I just don't understand why I'm getting sacked and not getting results. People say the tactics are more important this year which I understand, but I've tried everything and it takes a lot of enjoyment out of the game when you just don't know why you aren't winning games that you are expected to. IMT Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 Personally I would say if you are spending 5 minutes before each game, then you are changing too much. I have a set of 3 tactics, which I make the odd tweak to depending on opposition. I would say if you are changing things all the time, then your players are not getting to understand the tactics you play. What are your familiarity ratings for the tactics you use?
