Luke159 Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 So I'm in the year 2022 and have managed Newtown from the Welsh league from the start and we have won the league every year, I have upgraded the training facilities to good and am in the process of upgrading it again, I have also built a new stadium which has a capacity of 20,108. I have never had the option to upgrade the youth facilities and they are very bad rated as poor and want to upgrade them. I have been using the override board unlockable to get the stadium and training facilities done, the only other options there are. New contract, increase transfer budget, increase wage budget and expand stadium. Any reason why I have no options to upgrade the youth facility?
