too ambitious?

I told my players that we should aim for the titles next season. During the preseason team talk, one of my player told me that after thinking about it during the holiday, he felt that my target are not ambitious enough. Am i missing something?

was there an option to say you would win the title and not just try? I think this is similar to the problem I had in my Man Utd save.

What have you agreed with the board? I think they are referring to this rather than your previous meeting. I've seen this a few times when i've suggested playoffs in the team meeting but avoid relegation to the board.

To be honest i've started to not attend the meetings as my players always disagree with each other and there's no way to leave the meeting without annoying at least some of the squad.

I avoid these meeting as much as I can. They do more harm than good ..

Rooney's always been like that though. He's just a pain in the arse.

I always fell out with him on FM12, and he gets very close to winding me up in 14 as well. Made worse now though because he's a wuss to pressure in 14 where he wasn't in 12.

I had a meeting at the end of the season and got 3 agrrements and no disagreements.

I think the issue is there are no options for winning multiple trophies, I had Win league, qualify for Europe and something else.
