ron.e
Does anyone know of a good solid pre-season training regime? Thanks
Neji
I use my own schedules but I beleive that Seasoned Alcholics training may be good for you. Look in the tactics and training forum.
ron.e
do you use one training regime for outfield players and one for gk's and is it physically based? Thanks
Neji
I use the same training throughout the season, pre-season included. I have one schedule for each position that I play.
ron.e
oh right, so you don't have a special pre-season training?
Neji
No. I used to but never used to see any specific benefits so I stopped.
Warrenwwr
i've never used preseason training. i haven't noticed any serious bugged injuries, nor any drop in player stats etc. can someone confirm that preseason training actually is necessary? Neji
I don't think its 'necessary' but I beleive that some people increase the workload while they aren't playing many games. For me, my training seems to work all the time anyway so I don't worry about it
