Tycoon takeover but no transfer cash

I have just been taken over at Newcastle by a Saudi tycoon at end of December just before January transfer window, I thought great I can get loads to spend in January, tycoon put £95million in clubs account and improving training and youth facilities but my transfer budget and wage budget haven't changed, is this likely to happen when facilities are upgraded?

You can try to request additional funds and wage budget via the board room.

I did I got told I had sufficient resources only had £2mill

Some tycoons will pay off the debt and get the training and youth facilities up to scratch before pumping millions in. I was taken over and Pompey and I got about £4m in the transfer budget.

I think it depends on the clubs bank balance when you are taken over as too how much you get for transfers.

The tycoon will at a certain point give you a budget increase and it should happen soon if the transfer window is approaching. Don't worry, the money will come to you but you cannot speed it up in any way.

With my tycoon at Pompey he always increases my transfer budget as soon as the transfer window has closed. He randomly injects amounts like £140k but massive cash boosts always come after the window has closed.
