pynghsbnd
Hi I'm trying to buy a Spanish international left winger from Spanish side Getafe. I've manage to get them to accept my offer for him but when i go to offer him a contract the board won't give me as much fees as they should be. Does anybody know why that is? And also the board also advises me to offload some players. Does that me sell mean sell a few players? Thanks
CaptainPlanet
It means you're over your wage budget.

Richard Wright\'s Champion
are you over your wage budget? If so, you may need to sell some players to get rid of them off the wage bill so that the board will give you more money to offer a new player or, if you have more than enough funds for transfers, you could do a budget adjustment so that your wage bill increases, possibly to the point where you can make the player a reasonable offer
CaptainPlanet
So, what can i do about it? Spend less on wages.
JD nawrat
This happened to me once... It wouldn't let me offer one player a contract, who demanded 60k a week, but it would let me offer another player a contract, worth 100k a week... I just adjusted my wage budgets... You don't need to sell players, unless you have maximum wage...
