I am downloading the 9.2.0 Mac version of the game. My question is this... Will paying for the game thru the Mac Digital Download version of the game give me the codes/activation stuff to be able to install and activate the game on my PC as well? I know i read somewhere that there is a license of up to 5 computers available for each version bought. Does this cover cross Operating Systems as well? Thank you for any help. I appreciate it! trekman Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 A game or any software for that matter written for the mac will not work on the pc I would have thought. TheOriginalJez Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 The authentication for Mac digital download is, I believe different to that of the PC authentication - the Mac authentication is an eSellerate purchase confirmation whereas the PC one is tied into the Uniloc system. It's not impossible that the two have been put together for the purposes of this but as it doesn't appear stated in the official topics I think you'd best ask Sega customer support or eSellerate support to get a speedy answer - that is if SI/Matt/Someone who's already done the same gets in here and can answer for ya!
