Scath
I've noticed in my most recent game (and in FM 08 before that) that despite having massive scouting knowledge of the world, my regens are still almost all from the same country - that of their birth. Now while I know this makes sense, there seem to be very few foreign youngsters in the youth teams. I would have expected to see maybe 10 to 25% of players to be foreign, but it's just not the case...

Ryknow
I think you get more diversity later on. Like 2012 so forth. Even then I do my own shopping and get promosing kids under 17 and chuck them in the Under18s

Scott1990
I liked it a lot better in FM07 when I would get regens from all over the world like Tonga, Kazakhstan, St. Kitts. No more
