Attacking fullbacks and I find the real big superstars dont play aswell as a decent player thats motivated. As soon as anyone is unhappy get rid of them quick. I cant really give that much advice as I am usually crap my team played better than their stats and even in games where we were outplayed we took our chances and the other teams didnt.
