In my opinion it is too quick, Before i can see what happend on the 2d pitch it is already a goal and the chance is gone. Most of you guys play with 2d enabled? A easy-to-play, smaller version of the PC game could certainly still have a full match in 2D as an option. It would still be miles quicker and easier than the PC game, which is SO involved and complex nowadays with press conferences, choosing assistants and scouts, more complex finances, etc etc etc. I think there is a middle ground between that level of involvement on one hand and playing an entire season in a day on the other.
