Coach_casa
So I have news with my starting left mid that is important to my team that he hates my assistant manager. I am playing Brentford in League 2 and am in first place by 12 points in January. I don't want to rock the boat and don't want to have to get rid of anyone. IS there anyway that I can repair this relationship? Any thoughts? Thanks.
mackemforever
No, you need to get rid of one of the two or put up with it and risk the poor performances or transfer requests from your striker. Tbh the best bet is to get a new assistant if you can get rid of your current one.
Stephanie McMahon's Secret Lover
Stuff that! IRL I get rid of the players and even though it's a game I still tend to do what I would do IRL.

Exactly, when starting a game and take control over a club I always kick out the staff and bring in new ones (Ass. man, coaches, physio's). So my ass man is chosen by me and if a player doesn't like him, he goes out.
