skingegg
I have noticed that when i look at my coaches they have some sort of prefered "tactics" i.e likes to play defensive. What exactly do these have to do with the way he coaches? AND if i get ALL my coaches with exactly the same prefered style of play will it make any difference? IbrahimAliMaher
Back in the CM days I seem to remember it was suggested that you should have an assistant who had a similar tactical preference to yourself, so that he would teaching the kids and reverses to play your style of football. However this could all be a load of ********. At the moment I would just suggest it's purely if that coach happens to be made manager or assistant they have a prefered style of play. GavinZac
you can put assistants and coaches in charge of reserves/youths, and sometimes they end up as caretaker managers. This is the style they will play.
phnompenhandy
^WHS It's cosmetic if you are controlling the team, but does affect their style if they become the AI controllers.
