New position.

I have just changed my player's position to a ST but I want him to play AML. How long do you think it will take for him to learn this new position?

I've always thought it varied from player to player.

Also, did you know you can check the players progress in % now? If not, then yeah.... you can.

The younger the player the quicker they learn.

He's 20 so hopefully quite quickly.

Versatility comes into it, in fact it's the main factor.

I've checked that. All i can see is 10% of current workload. That to me says that the player is using 10% of his current training workload. or am i wrong?
