How hard can i train my players?

I think most people go for the highest notch of 'medium'. Strength and aerobics are the most intense and cause a lot of injuries if too high. If you keep the m down, you can get away with putting the others up quite high. After all, you ain't gonna rupture yourself practising set pieces!

Some players are very injury prone and need to be looked after more carefully so you might want to consider training some players harder than others.

Also, I'm sure plenty players get injured practising set pieces. David Seaman got injured reaching for the TV remote control.
