Falastur
I set the lowest setting of "Very High" and my players recover fine. Not good enough with training to be able to comment further, though, sorry.

phnompenhandy
I think most people go for the highest notch of 'medium'. Strength and aerobics are the most intense and cause a lot of injuries if too high. If you keep the m down, you can get away with putting the others up quite high. After all, you ain't gonna rupture yourself practising set pieces!
Mike7077
After all, you ain't gonna rupture yourself practising set pieces! Ledley King or Michael Owen probably would!
Kickballz
Some players are very injury prone and need to be looked after more carefully so you might want to consider training some players harder than others. Also, I'm sure plenty players get injured practising set pieces. David Seaman got injured reaching for the TV remote control.
