I think it's ludicrous that playing a PC game now requires some people to have to go to a phonebox.

The majority of us have access to the internet and/or a phone line, so in theory there shouldn't have been any problems. I can't help feeling sorry for the small proportion of people who have neither, though. Especially when there's no warning given on the box that such things would be needed.
