Injuries

I'm playing now but without the patch (I'm on a mac) the injuries are killing me. I'm at the end of august and constantly have 8-10 first teamers out with injuries.

Does anyone know a way around this that won't mess up my tactics/training? I've thought about lowering workload in training, easy tackling and lower tempo, but I don't want to do anything that will ruin my performances.

Any suggestions?

Well its natural that there will be injuries and its possible they were just unlucky. I've had the right level of injuries myself so i would say it's been fixed. You should download the patch anyway just to see if it does help.
