Richie_Magpies
Maybe this year or next year, could we have difficulty, easy, medium and hard, and you can only move up difficulties, not down? It could work...
Football is da best
In a way it could but it wouldn't make sense. Do you mean Easy = you winning a lot of games and getting players easier and Hard = hard to win matches and hard to sign players?
Richie_Magpies
Yeh. Plus, signing players is easier/harder. And after each 10 years, the difficulty automatically increases.
Football is da best
But other people will think its a bit sad
RobBrad
I can't see this working, its meant to simulate real life and they don't have difficulty settings. Maybe just make the game more difficult in general.
LSD
I doubt it Richie... It's highly unrealistic as there's no difficulty level IRL. People will argue that it will make it easier for beginners but others will argue other reasons as to not having a difficulty level.
O\'Hara_fan
I think, the better option would be to have unsackable, where you can't get sacked no mater how bad you do. Which isn't in the PC game yet so I doubt it would be in.
LSD
Still affects realism though...
O\'Hara_fan
No, just for the first time player who hasn't yet got used to the game fully.
LSD
But there will be more people that are regular FM players than beginners... Not many of those regulars will want the beginners having it easy
crickie
the only way people do this is picking a club. for example if you want a easy game you manager chelsea, arsenal, man u or liverpool a medium game is luke villa or everton a hard game would be hull, west brom or stoke Wheras begginers are more likely to manager one of the big team but seasoned players would want more of a challenge like luton town for example. Bergkamp.10.
yeah real life dosent have a difficulty setting, so this would take away the realism....
ridley99
my thinking exactly!
Bergkamp.10.
lol that sounded like a chinese proverb : ''Life dosent have a difficulty setting''
