Injury history in FM 09

I know this applies to current players but what about "regens" if a player has suffered severe leg injuries throughout the course of his career, will be prone to damaging it?

Would make a sweet feature

regens are regens. how can they have a pregame injury.

as for in-game injuries, i think there will be an injury history just like there will be for real players i think.

Newgens can develop a recurring injury and injury proneness is not a static attribute, so it constantly changes throughout the players career and players with a low injury prone attribute may have a high attribute 10 years later and 6 knee injuries down the line. Newgens can't appear with previous injuries though.

Oddly enough when I started reading this thread Micheal owen was the injury prone player that I automatically thought of. Instead of scout reports though perhaps you could have something like physio\doctor reports and then you could see their injuries over the course of a season from a more medically minded person and decide then if the player was worth taking the risk of signing.

you mean like when they have to have a medical, it like gets told to you about there injury history?
