steph61620
I have been at Nuneaton 4 seasons and now starting my 5th. Took over half way 1st season and finished 14th, then 1st bsn, 2nd bsp and 9th bsp. The only offer to me was a team in the same league in my 4th season. Do I have to apply to jobs because I keep getting overlooked for non-experienced managers with lower rep. I am an ambitious manager and want to climb the ladder. abfielder
I've probably had 2 or 3 offers in 7 years in my game. I get linked with quite a lot of jobs though. Took till the 7th season before I was offered a job that I wanted.
Kier
Do you get linked with any jobs? I find it you respond either 'yes I'm interested', or 'decline to make a comment', you'll get offered a job.
steph61620
No, I have only been linked with one I think and it was in the same league.
jayahr
Then your reputation seems to be the issue. The clubs you get linked to are always a good indication of your status in the footballing world. Maybe indeed a 6th division title 3 years ago is not yet enough to warrant a 4th division offer. Though of course you have done very well in the BSP in your first year there as well, but anything other than titles is always underestimated in FM in terms of reputational effect
