Will this cost me?

Been playing well all season. Only losing 4 games all season in the league and were now into the last 6 games of the season and i'm 7 points clear in front of Arsenal and Man City, with city one of those games and it being away. We lost to Chelsea 1-0 away and then crashed to a 3-0 loss to Bayern in the Quarter final first leg and then drew with Bolton in the last 3 games so I thought feck this i'll hold a team meeting. Told the team we're in danger of undoing all our hardwork with recent form and to pick it up if we want to win the title, well lets just say I never got one good reaction and about 14+ bad reactions and the morale has dropped to rock bottom.

It's quite possible that it will cost you. Your players morale would have been bad after the two defeats already. Personally, I'd have tried to encourage them instead of slate them. You've also put unneeded pressure on them as well.

I'm going to give a good few young guns a run out then, two home games coming up aswell. hope for the best

I am guessing you will be handling things a little differently next time! I feel for you, though, because I demand a lot from my players too, and sometimes when you criticize them you are rolling the dice, in terms of whether they will react positively, or not!

Currently losing 1-0 to Bayern in the second leg. If I lose this it means I havnt won a game in the last 5. The whole team are just missing sitters and nothing is going in, giving away possesion in the middle of the park, misplacing passes. Im doomed
