Mar$haLL
One of my best Strikers has spoken to the media moaning about him being singled out in a team talk, so I invited him into my office & it didn't go well and we've fallen out and he's now alienated by me and wont even talk to me anymore.. He's currently my top goal scorer so I can't really afford to have him on an abysmal morale level all the time. It's been about 2 weeks since we fell out now I want to make up with him but he wont come in to my office to sort it out, keeps saying something like "Nothing you have to say interests me, there's no point in having a conversation" or something similar! How do I make up with him? I need him back on side for my promotion push!
townley12inch
personally i drop them to the reserves and let them rot and they always come begging back you should try and have tactics in place that mean you dont heavily rely on one player
ArsenalFan7
Kissing? Wait, what? Anyway.. How does offering him a nice new contract sound? That would lift his spirits!

samdiatmh
when a player is alienated, they don't like to discuss new contracts or Ganso didn't for me after i blocked a 65m move to Athletico Madrid in FM11
Turneep
Drop him to reserves and he will come back asking about his squad status, then just tell him you felt he didnt deserve it and suddenly he doesnt hate you anymore and wants to prove himself. Keeping him in your team doesnt work at all. He will just stay moody and eventually leave.
