yury86
Hi everyone, I would like to know how many staffs are involved in a match preparation in a club? What kind of staff is them? Assistant manager, coach, goalkeeping coach, or fitness coach? Thank you Alexiy
dafuge
I might be wrong, but I don't think match preparation is linked to any specific staff, I'm fairly sure you can set it up even if you are the only member of staff at the club.
SI Staff Riz Remes Posted October 26, 2011 SI Staff Share Posted October 26, 2011 The best tactical coach at the club is responsible for leading the match preparation training. You can still set it up if you don't have coaches at the club, but a better tactical coach naturally means the team becomes familiar with new tactics faster. phnompenhandy
Aha! Key insight, that. I'll take that news over to the Tactics forum.

The best tactical coach...is that the one with the highest attribute for tactical coaching or the highest attribute for tactical knowledge? Or perhaps both? Does his preferred formation and way of playing play a role in the Match Prep?
phnompenhandy
So long as one coach/assman has good Tactics, you get the benefit. Be very clear, this is Tactics as a coaching attribute, NOT Tactical Knowledge which is what the assman needs to give OI advice. W Would like clarification on your last sentence too. Is it ass man only or involving another staff such as coach, fitness coach, and GK coach? I hope this is clear enough to understand.
