mcleod_69_69_69
This has probably been asked many times before but I have a problem with some of my players when it comes to tutoring. When going to the interaction menu the tutoring option is greyed out. I have just started a new game but the player who I want to do the tutoring has only just joined the club, but was at the club when I started the game. He is also 25 so I know he is old enough to tutor a player.
Lazaru5
What does the tool-tip say when you hover over tutoring?

The Welsh Lad
The player may need bedding in time before we feels he can tutor.
BiggusD
Some players can tutor the same moment they arrive from the airport. Others need a few weeks before they can have their shoes polished by a youngster. I don't know why.
The Welsh Lad
I think it might have something to do with the language barrier, if he's the only player who speaks his language and doesnt speak english he can't really tutor anyone becuase they can't communicate
mcleod_69_69_69
It's now October 1st and he can tutor, so maybe he did just need some time. Could be to do with the hidden adaptability stat.
