Why is Cesar Azpilicueta injured at the start of the game?

At the start of the game, he has a long term injury. This is not accurate, in real life he suffered this ligament injury in November, in June/July when the game starts, he should be healthy.

Of course Antonio Valencia is another player who suffered a serious injury in the 10/11 season, he broke his ankle in September. Correctly, however, this injury does not exist when the game begins in July of 2010.

So why is Azpilicueta injured? It's not fair, because all his stats will go down a lot, and he will become a poor player by the time he is recovered.
